About the project
Buygro was a React Native commerce app I worked on as a freelancer. I was hired by another engineer to build the app for one of his clients, so I did not have direct contact with the client or much visibility into what happened after delivery.
My part
I built the whole mobile application. Development was later paused because the backend delivery was delayed, and after that I lost the thread of where the product went.
There is a public app called Buygro Buyer that looks very similar to what I worked on, but I cannot confirm that it is the same application or that my code is part of it. It might be. I might be wrong. Take the link with a grain of salt.
Why include it
This is part of freelance work too. Sometimes you build something, hand it off through another person, and never get a clean ending or a public artifact you can point to.
I am keeping the uncertainty visible instead of turning it into a better story.
